### We want

  • Kaufmännische Kenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Kundebetreuung sind wünschenswert, gern auch Quereinsteiger
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie kundenorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie zuverlässige und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen und externen Kunden
  • Gute EDV- und MS-Office Kenntnisse

  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Auftragsanlage und -abwicklung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundendaten, sowie individuelle Hilfsmittelversorgung
  • Organisation und Disposition von Patientenversorgungen
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Krankenkassen, Patienten und Ärzte
