In dieser Position sind Sie eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Logistikpartnern, Händlern, Vertrieb und Beschaffung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Einholung und Bewertung von Speditions- und Transportangeboten
  • Beauftragung, Koordination und Überwachung von Lieferungen und Transporten (In/Ausland)
  • Kommunikation mit externen Lagerdienstleistern und Speditionen
  • Prüfung von Fracht-, Speditions- und Lagerrechnungen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Pflege von Stamm-, Auftrags- und Logistikdaten im ERP-System
  • Kaufmännische Auftragsbearbeitung und administrative Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Allgemeine Korrespondenz
  • Musterversand

Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sind zahlenaffin, behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und haben Freude daran, Dinge zuverlässig zu gestalten. Sie bringen mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann / -‍frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Logistik sowie der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, Auftragsabwicklung, kaufmännischer Innendienst
  • Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Zahlenaffin, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, vielseitig, interessiert
  • Mindestens sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil
