Job Description

Just imagine shaping a joint growth plan that improves LEGO® shopper experiences across some Central European stores and online channels. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Key Account Manager, CZ/SK Brick and Mortar, you'll have end-to-end commercial responsibility for the Tesco Central Europe grocery account as the key account. You'll build an insight-led partnership that delivers sustainable growth, strengthens the brand and creates value for shoppers, Tesco and the company. You'll own the customer strategy, annual joint business plan, negotiations and full account financial performance. Working across central and local teams, you'll turn regional priorities into effective market-level execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Led customer strategy, annual joint business planning and commercial negotiations for a major grocery, mass-market or omnichannel retail account.
  • Owned account financial performance, including sales, gross margin, trade investment and forecasting.
  • Translated category and shopper insights into grocery assortment, pricing, promotional and omnichannel actions.
  • Coordinated cross-functional or multi-market teams to deliver consistent store and online execution.
  • Led annual negotiations and joint business planning with senior grocery retail stakeholders.
  • Used advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills in commercial planning, analysis and customer presentations

What you'll build

  • Create a clear Tesco Central Europe customer strategy and joint business plan.
  • Establish trusted relationships with central and local customer teams.
  • Shape an aligned market-level roadmap for stores and online channels.
  • Deliver against agreed sales, gross margin and trade investment targets.
  • Strengthen forecasting, promotional planning, availability and issue resolution.
  • Establish customer scorecards and effective performance reviews.

If you've worked in a role where you owned a complex retail account and delivered sustainable sales and profitability growth, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine strategic customer leadership with disciplined commercial execution.

Life on the team

You'll join the Brick and Mortar Sales team in the CZ/SK business unit. We combine colleagues with extensive sales experience and newer team members who bring fresh ideas. Weekly team meetings and bi-weekly sessions with e-commerce colleagues keep us connected. You'll collaborate across functions and markets, using thoughtful influencing and a practical, shared approach to delivery within a hybrid rhythm.

What success looks like

You'll balance regional scale with local shopper needs while managing growth, profitability and trade investment. Over the next 12 to 18 months, the team will continue its growth journey, refine its new structure and develop together. You'll work closely with Tesco Central Europe buying and merchandise planning, LEGO sales, operations, demand planning, brand and trade marketing, retail customer development, field sales and regional colleagues.
