AUFGABEN:

  • Ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung aller Dienstleistungen
  • Verantwortung des Bereichs "KFZ Service"
  • Kompetente Unterstützung sowie fachliche Führung des Werkstattteams
  • Ausführung von Reparaturaufträgen und Inspektion sowie technische Endkontrolle
  • Erkennung des Kundenbedarfs und Erstellung entsprechender Angebote
  • Ausbildung von Lehrlingen und Unterstützung bei der Prüfungsvorbereitung

PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum KFZ-Meister (m/w/d)
  • Hohe technische Kompetenz und idealerweise Erfahrung in typenoffenen Werkstätten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Fähigkeiten Mitarbeiter anzuleiten und zu begeistern
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige, leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
