Seit 1998 stehen wir im Hause Evers für kompetente und kundenorientierte Beratung rund um das Thema Automobil. In mittlerweile drei Autohäusern in Bocholt und Kleve, bieten wir neben Neufahrzeugen und Jahreswagen der Marken Honda, Mitsubishi, GWM, Seat und Cupra, auch über 250 stetig wechselnde Gebrauchtfahrzeuge. Mit einem Team von über 60 Mitarbeitern bieten wir individuelle Beratung und Service auch nach dem Fahrzeugkauf. Dabei ist es unser Anspruch, unsere Kunden höchst zufrieden zu stellen.

Für unser Team suchen wir als Verstärkung eine/n:

Kfz-Meister/Werkstattleiter (m/w/d) in Bocholt

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordinierung aller Reparatur- und Wartungsaufträgen
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung der Servicequalität
  • eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung der Werkstatt
  • Durchführung von Fahrzeugkontrollen
  • Steigerung der Rentabilität im Werkstattbereich
  • Sicherstellung der Auftrags- sowie Arbeitsqualität gemäß Mitsubishi und GWM Richtlinien

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Kfz-Meister
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse in Personalführung und direkter Kundenbetreuung
  • sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • hohe Kundenorientierung, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
