### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Kfz-Werkstatt
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Werkstattabläufe
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Werkstattteams
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Diagnose, Reparatur und Endkontrolle von Fahrzeugen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Serviceberater und Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortung für Materialdisposition und Werkstattausrüstung
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Herstellerrichtlinien

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung im Kfz-Handwerk
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkstattbereich, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in moderner Fahrzeugtechnik und Diagnosesystemen
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kundenorientiertes, verantwortungsbewusstes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Werkstatt- und EDV-Systemen
