Wir suchen zur unbefristeten Einstellung für unser Autohaus in Triptis

eine/n Automobil - Serviceberater/in (m/w/d)

Im Kundendienstbereich sind Sie insbesondere Ansprechpartner für die Kunden, die Ihre Fahrzeuge zur Inspektion oder Reparatur in die Werkstatt bringen.

Sie nehmen die Wünsche der Kunden auf und setzten diese in einen werkstattgerechten Arbeitsauftrag um.

Es handelt sich um ein unbefristetes Angebot in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Kfz-Beruf, idealer Weise als Meister

möglichst Berufserfahrung als Kundenberater in der Auftragsannahme

hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke

sehr gute Umgangsformen, ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und freundliches Auftreten
