Für unsere Kita Morgensonne in Berlin-Lichtenberg suchen wir eine engagierte Leitung (m/w/d) für 35 bis 39,4 Stunden pro Woche. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die pädagogische, organisatorische und personelle Verantwortung sowie die Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Arbeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Teams
  • Qualitätssicherung nach dem Berliner Bildungsprogramm
  • Organisation des Tagesablaufs in der Kita
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Träger und Kirchengemeinde
  • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Personalplanung und -entwicklung

Unsere Kita bietet eine moderne Ausstattung und betreut 59 Kinder nach einem offenen Konzept. Ein engagiertes Team freut sich auf neue Impulse.

  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Kenntnisse des Berliner Bildungsprogramms
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Empathie
  • Offenheit für religionspädagogische Ansätze
