Die Stadt Kassel, ein bedeutendes Zentrum Nordhessens mit 208.000 Einwohnern, sucht eine engagierte stellvertretende Leitung für die Kindertagesstätte Menzelstraße (m/w/d). Die Kita betreut bis zu 94 Kinder und die Position ist zunächst befristet.

Ihre Aufgaben: Organisation der Kita, Dienst- und Fachaufsicht in Abwesenheit der Leitung, konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung, Elternarbeit, Budgetverwaltung, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Zusammenarbeit mit der Grundschule. Zudem übernehmen Sie die Rolle des Sicherheitsbeauftragten.

Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Sozialwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, Kenntnisse der Strukturen des Amtes Kindertagesbetreuung Kassel, Fachwissen über den hessischen Bildungsplan sowie sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung.
