Pick components from inventory locations and verify SKUs, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates before assembly.
Perform quality checks on finished kits, flagging damaged, missing, or incorrect items and resolving discrepancies with your supervisor.
Package, seal, and label completed kits using barcode scanners, label printers, and shrink-wrap or heat-seal equipment as needed.
Record completed units and component usage in the warehouse management or inventory system so stock levels stay accurate.
Keep the assembly station clean, organized, and stocked, and replenish components before they run out.

Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting technique and equipment use.
Suggest improvements to kitting layouts, workflows, or instructions that could save time or reduce errors.
