Die Rudolf Steiner Schule Hamburg-Wandsbek ist eine vollausgebaute Waldorfschule mit einem lebendigen, kreativen und engagierten Kollegium. Unsere Schule steht für eine kindgerechte, ganzheitliche Bildung mit Herz, Kopf und Hand. Im Herzen von Wandsbek gestalten wir seit Jahrzehnten eine zeitgemäße Waldorfpädagogik – offen für Neues und im Austausch mit der Welt.

### Zum Schuljahr 2026/2027 soll unser Klassenlehrer\*innen-Team wachsen, damit Raum für Beziehung und individuelle Förderung bleibt.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme einer Klasse ab Sommer 2026 mit langfristiger Perspektive
  • Ganzheitliche Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder über mehrere Jahre
  • Gestaltung eines lebendigen und rhythmischen Unterrichts im Sinne der Waldorfpädagogik
  • Zusammenarbeit im Klassenlehrerinnenkreis sowie mit Fachkolleginnen und Eltern
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Schullebens und Beteiligung an der Selbstverwaltung

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor), Studium der Waldorfpädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Freude an der Klassenführung
  • Teamgeist, Offenheit und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitwirkung in einem sich entwickelnden Schulumfeld
