Gemeinsam Großes schaffen - Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation von warmen und kalten Speisen für die Betriebsgastronomie.
  • Erstellung abwechslungsreicher, saisonaler Wochenspeisepläne – inklusive gesunder, vegetarischer/veganer Optionen sowie
  • Allergenkennzeichnung.
  • Sicherstellung und Dokumentation der geltenden Lebensmittelhygienevorschriften, einschließlich Temperaturkontrollen sowie Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsplänen.
  • Freundliche Kommunikation in der Küche und an der Ausgabe sowie ein souveräner Überblick auch zu Stoßzeiten.

Finden auch Sie IHR Element - Deshalb passen Sie zu uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Betriebsrestaurant, Kantine, Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder Hotellerie.
  • Strukturierte, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise – Organisationstalent in der Rushhour.
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein sowie Freude an frischer, saisonaler Küche.
  • Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung; sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
