  • Die Zarpat gGmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Evangelisches Klinikum Bethel gGmbH (EvKB) und besteht aus den Teilbetrieben Zentralküche am Standort Johannesstift, Cafeterien an fünf Standorten und einem internen Hol- und Bringedienst an allen Standorten des EvKB und des Krankenhauses Mara.
  • Die Zarpat gGmbH beschäftigt insgesamt ca. 160 Mitarbeitende in den genannten Betrieben und versorgen aus der Zentralküche heraus alle Patienten des EvKB und des Krankenhauses Mara und in den Cafeterien Patientinnen und Patienten, Besucherinnen und Besucher und Mitarbeitende des EvKB.

Für unsere Bergküche in Bethel suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin und befristet für 6 Monate eine Köchin/einen Koch in Vollzeit.

  • IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Produktion: Sie sorgen für eine reibungslose Verteilung der vorgefertigten Komponenten anhand Portionieranweisungen.
  • Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards: Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Prozesse gemäß den HACCP-Richtlinien durchgeführt werden.
  • Schichtzeiten: Ihre Arbeitszeiten liegen zwischen 6:00 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr, einschließlich Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten.
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch (m/w/d).
  • Sie besitzen gute PC-Kenntnisse.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und soziale Kompetenz aus.
  • Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst mit.
