Wir suchen als Hafen der Vielfalt, anerkannter Träger der der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, eine Koordination für den Bereich Hilfen zur Erziehung. Die Koordinationsstelle ist verantwortlich für fachliche und organisatorische Steuerung der ambulanten Hilfen nach Leistungen des SGB VIII.

Aufgaben:

  • fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützungen der Hilfen nach Leistungen des SGB VIII
  • fallübergreifende Steuerung und Koordination
  • Krisen- und Konfliktmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit Leitung und Kinderschutzbeauftragten
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Träger, Jugendamt, Kooperationspartner und andere Institutionen
  • Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung des ambulanten Bereiches
  • Leitung von Teamsitzungen, Fallbesprechungen und Fortbildungen
  • Teilnahme an Fachgruppen und Netzwerktreffen
  • Erstellung und Mitwirkung: Berichtswesen und Dokumentation
  • Arbeit mit einen Stundenerfassungsprogramm

Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im ambulanten Hilfesystem (SGB VIII)
  • fundierte Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Grundlagen nach SGB VIII
  • sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365
  • diskriminierungs- und machtkritische Arbeit
