  • Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der praktischen Ausbildung
  • Anleitung, Förderung und Beurteilung von Auszubildenden
  • Organisation von Praxisanleitungen und Ausbildungsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegeschulen und externen Einsatzstellen
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender, Praktikanten und internationaler Pflegekräfte

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter (m/w/d)
  • Freude an der Begleitung und Förderung von Auszubildenden
  • Pädagogisches Geschick und Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
