IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sortierung, Eingabe bzw. Scannen der Eingangsrechnungen
  • Buchhalterische Rechnungsprüfung
  • Kontierung und Buchung der Eingangsrechnungen (nach sachlicher Freigabe)
  • Zahlungsverkehr: Vorbereitung Zahllauf & Ausführung Zahlungen nach Freigabe
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Stammdatenpflege: Eingabe von Basisdaten der Kunden & Lieferanten, Generierung von Accounting-IDs
  • Buchhalterische Erfassung der Lohn-/ Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Anlage und Pflege der Personal-, Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
  • Bearbeitung der täglich anfallenden administrativen Tätigkeiten & Erstellung von Statistiken
  • Unterstützung beim monatlichen Reporting: Abstimmung Konten, Mitwirkung bei Reporting, Erstellung von Statistiken

IHR PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung/Studium, IDEALERWEISE zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter
  • MIND. 3 JAHRE PRAKTISCHE BERUFSERFAHRUNG in der Kreditoren- & der Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit dem Buchhaltungsprogramm Microsoft Dynamics (DAX); mindestens jedoch Anwenderkenntnisse in DATEV
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Starke Teamorientierung.

  • Vergütung: Festgehalt pro Monat von 3.750,00 bis 4.170,00 EUR
