Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Küchenbereichs
  • Verantwortung für eine attraktive Angebotsplanung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung von warmen und kalten Speisen
  • Führung, Förderung und Motivation der Küchenbrigade sowie das Einlernen neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Erledigung von verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben (Bestellungen, Menüpläne,¿)
  • Sicherstellung, Umsetzung und Einhaltung der vorgegeben Arbeitssicherheits- und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Umweltbewusstsein mit Blick auf Nachhaltigkeit und Wareneinsatz
  • -Gewährleistung eines sorgfältigen Umgangs mit Lebensmitteln, Verbrauchs- und Gebrauchsmaterial, Geräten und Maschinen

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität, Kreativität
  • Belastbarkeit und Stressresistent

Wir bieten:

  • Entlohnung nach dem KV für Gastronomie / Hotellerie für Steiermark
  • Sehr gerne Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation
