  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung eines Postens (z. B. Saucier, Entremetier, Gardemanger, Patissier oder Poissonnier)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam und dem Executive Chef
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

¿ Ihr Profil

  • Teamfähigkeit, Loyalität und Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Freundliches Auftreten
  • Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie erwünscht
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Der Stelle entsprechende Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
