Deine Aufgaben - je nach Position:

  • Leitung des gesamten Küchenpersonals sowie allgemein der Küche
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Lagerstandards
  • Führung, Einschulung und Unterstützung des Küchenteams
  • Mitarbeit im Schicht-, Abend- und Wochenenddienst

Das bringst du mit:

  • Freude an der Arbeit in der Küche und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und eine saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit - auch wenn es einmal schnell gehen muss
  • Der Tätigkeit ensprechende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Küche
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition sowie Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften
