Deine Aufgaben - je nach Position:

  • Leitung und Organisation des Küchenbereichs bzw. Unterstützung der Küchenleitung
  • Vorbereitung und Zubereitung unserer Speisen nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen
  • Vorbereitung frischer Zutaten und hausgemachter Saucen
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Lagerstandards
  • Reinigung und Pflege des Küchen- und Arbeitsbereichs
  • Mitarbeit im Schicht-, Abend- und Wochenenddienst

Das bringst du mit:

  • Freude an der Arbeit in der Küche und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und eine saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit - auch wenn es einmal schnell gehen muss
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Küche ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition sowie Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften
