  • Selbstständiges Führen Deines Postens in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung
  • Maßgebliches Mitwirken bei der Menü- und Buffet-Planung und deren Umsetzung: vom à la carte, unsere umfangreiche Verwöhn-Pension bis hin für unsere Buffets bei Veranstaltungen, hochwertige Events und Incentives
  • Einhalten der HACCP-Richtlinien
  • Mitverantwortung bei der Lagerhaltung, sowie ein sensibler Umgang mit allen Produkten
  • Teamwork bei allen anderen Arbeiten, die in der Küche anfallen
  • Du möchtest Deine Leidenschaft für die Arbeit in guten Großküchen auf das nächste Level bringen?
  • Du bringst ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine Affinität zu regionalen sowie hochwertigen Lebensmitteln mit?
  • Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kochlehre oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss und hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ausgeschriebener Position?
  • Dir liegen Pünktlichkeit und Selbständigkeit bei der Arbeit im Blut?
  • Du verstehst, dass die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste höchste Priorität hat und handelst stets danach?
  • Du führst auch teamübergreifend einen angenehmen Umgangston zu allen Kollegen?
