Ihr Profil:

  • Nachweislich Erfahrung in der Führung einer Küchenbrigade (min. 2 Jahre durchgängig bei einem AG)
  • Ausbildung zum Küchenmeister erwünscht
  • Fachliche Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten entsprechend dieser Position
  • Führungsstärke
  • Kaufmännische Fertigkeiten hinsichtlich Kalkulation, Wareneinsatz etc.

Leistungen des Hauses:

  • Klassifikation 4 Sterne Superior
  • Unbefristete Festanstellung
  • Tarifliche Leistungen gem. Manteltarifvertrag Gaststätten- und Hotelgewerbe NRW
  • Grundgehalt 55.000,00 Euro (12 Monatsgehälter + 0,5 Monatsgehalt Sonderzahlung November)
  • 5-Tage Woche
  • Sonntag frei (Ausnahme besondere Veranstaltungen)
