Für unser Dormio Hotel & Restaurant "Der Seehof", als auch für unser Resort Eifeler Tor, suchen wir motivierte Teammitglieder, die mit Leidenschaft und Engagement Teil unseres neuen Hauses werden möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Leitung des gesamten Küchenbetriebs
  • Verantwortung für Speisenqualität, Kalkulation und Wareneinsatz
  • Planung und Führung des Küchenteams
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)
  • Mitgestaltung saisonaler Speisekarten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Funktion Kreativität, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist
  • Verantwortungsbewusstes, sauberes Arbeiten
