Zur sofortigen Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als zuverlässigen und erfahrenen Küchenleiter-/Koch in Vollzeit für unser Schloss.

Sie sind verantwortlich für das gesamte Küchenteam und deren Einsatzzeiten, die Organisation des Küchenbedarfs und dem Einkauf, die Erstellung neuer Menüs und Angebote für unsere Gäste, die Anleitung der Mitarbeiter in ihren Aufgabengebieten, die Kalkulation der aktuellen Speisen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet wird sich aufgrund der umfangreichen Angebote unseres Hauses sehr umfangreich gestalten, daher ist die Erfahrung in leitenden Anstellungen von Vorteil.

In einem persönlichen Gespräch können wir alle offenen Fragen jederzeit klären.

Die Stelle soll in einer 40 h /Woche besetzt werden.
