  • Deine Aufgaben!
  • Telefonische Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Freundliche und kompetente Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen
  • Dokumentation der Kundengespräche im System
  • Unterstützung bei der schnellen und serviceorientierten Lösung von Anfragen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem motivierten Team im modernen Call Center
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Freude am Telefonieren und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine klare Ausdrucksweise
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC sind von Vorteil
  • Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Arbeitgeberleistungen / Unternehmensangebot
  • 15,67 € Stundenlohn plus Prämien sowie zusätzliche Verdienstmöglichkeiten durch ein attraktives Bonussystem
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ( ab 20 Std./Woche möglich) und eine Vier-Tage-Woche
  • Sechs Wochen Jahresurlaub und keine Wochenendarbeit
  • Bezahlte Einarbeitung, umfassende Schulungen und persönliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
  • Nach 6 Monaten Übernahme durch den Kunden möglich
