Sie führen abwechslungsreiche Telefonate mit Bestandskunden und potentiellen Neukunden
Sie kümmern sich um die telefonische Vermarktung von Produkten
Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit ist Ihnen wichtig
Sie unterstützen das Team bei abwechslungsreichen Kampagnen
Sie vereinbaren Termine mit Kunden

Unser Kunde in der Pharmabranche baut auf einen exzellenten Kundenservice. Werden Sie Teil dieses Teams und begleiten Sie Kundenbeziehungen von der Bestellung bis zur erfolgreichen Anwendung hochwertiger Produkte.
###### Anforderungen
Sie sprechen sehr gut Deutsch
Eine sympathische Telefonstimme zeichnet Sie aus
Mit dem PC sind Sie vertraut
Idealerweise haben Sie erste berufliche Erfahrungen in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick sind für Sie selbstverständlich
Sie arbeiten strukturiert und selbständig
Der Umgang mit Kunden macht Ihnen Spaß
Sie haben ein sicheres Auftreten, sind zuverlässig und arbeiten gerne im Team

Jahresgehalt zwischen 36.000 € und 40.000 € brutto, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
