Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Kundenberatung rund um den technischen Support
  • Manuelle Nacherfassung im Datenerfassungssystem
  • Elektronische Zuordnung und Klassifizierung der Aufträge
  • Aufnahme und Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie im Umgang mit telefonischer Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
