Ihr Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Wartungs-, Stör- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Fehlerdiagnose und Instandsetzung an Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden im Kundendienst
  • Durchführung von Wartungen und Serviceeinsätzen
  • Teilnahme am Notdienst (nach Absprache/Planung)
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitsleistungen und Materialverbrauch
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundendienst-Team und der Auftragsabwicklung

Arbeitszeit

Vollzeit: 40 Stunden

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst SHK
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
