Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Kundendienst-Teams
  • Einsatzplanung und Steuerung der Servicetechniker
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und Technik

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Meister, Techniker oder Studium im Bereich Lüftungs-, Klima- oder Versorgungstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder Servicebereich
  • Führungserfahrung oder klare Ambition zur Führung
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsfähigkeit
