Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Neu- und Bestandskunden im Bereich Reiseversicherung (Inbound)
  • Beratung zu verschiedenen Leistungen und möglichen Tarifen sowie Vertragsinhalten, bis hin zur Begleitung der Kunden im Versicherungsfall
  • Erkennung von Bedarfspotenzial, Abschluss neuer Verträge und Vertragsänderungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung der Kundenanliegen

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Spaß an Kommunikation und Beratung von Kunden
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und eigener Anspruch auf hervorragende Beratungsqualität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen PC/ Office- Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
