Location: Whitesboro, TX

Pay: $20/hour

Shift: 5 AM - 5 PM (Hours may vary based on weather and peak season needs)

What You’ll Do:

• •Mix & Batch: Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals
• •Make It Right: Manufacture products to spec using formulas. you’ll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions
• •Maintain Equipment: Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records.
• •Receive Ingredients: Unload railcars, barges, and trucks—keeping things moving efficiently.
• •Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• •Stay Compliant: Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures.

What You Bring:

• •Previous manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!
• •High school level reading, writing, and math skills.
• •Strong mechanical aptitude—you’re handy with tools and know your way around equipment.
• •Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• •Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
• •Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• •Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• •Educational Requirements: High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• •Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• •Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• •Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
• •Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment.
• •Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
