We are looking for part-time (min 20h/week) and Full-time (40h/week) Support Associates to join our Support team in Riga !

What you’ll be doing

Supporting our customers, courier partners and venues via live chat and phone

Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly

Developing our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt

You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset

You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment

This part-time role is specifically for evening shifts between 18:00-22:00 five days a week and requires you to be able to work on weekends.

This position is fully on-site - we expect you to be able to work from the office from Monday to Friday, with an option to work remotely from home on the weekends. Our office is located in the center of Riga.

You are fluent in Latvian and have professional working proficiency in English

The starting salary for this role is 10.14 €/h gross (during probation) and 10.63 € after the probation period

The successful candidate's starting hourly pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Pay Range:

€10,14 — €10,63 EUR
