We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who knows how to install full systems with confidence, lead a team with professionalism, and bring energy and reliability to every project.

Your Day-to-Day:

• •Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
• •Install residential HVAC systems : gas to gas, oil to gas conversions, high-efficiency and communicating systems, boilers, venting, gas piping, IAQ equipment ( no oil to oil installs ).
• •Train and develop junior HVAC installers with a focus on skill-building and professional growth.
• •Lead and coordinate with your install crew to ensure top-notch results.
• •Troubleshoot system installations and provide customer hand-offs with confidence.
• •Ensure code-compliant, high-quality installations that make you and your team proud.
• •Keep communication clear and professional with customers and team members.

What You Bring:

• •5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• •EPA Type II Certification (preferred, but we’ll help you get it if needed); EPA Certification (Required); NATE Certification (a plus!)
• •A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
• •Strong technical skills (ductwork, wiring, startup procedures, etc.)
• •Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including boilers, gas piping, high-efficiency systems, and IAQ
• •Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• •A passion for mentoring and coaching junior installers
• •A great attitude, dependability, and commitment to coworker and customer satisfaction
