  • The Lead IT Expert merges high-level technical architecture with operational service management. In this dual-capacity role, you will design business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions within a complex multi-product environment while taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery performance, operational stability, vendor SLA compliance, and service lifecycle management.
  • You will bridge the gap between strategic technology roadmaps and day-to-day IT operational excellence, ensuring solutions are not only architecturally sound and scalable, but also reliably

The opportunity:

Architectural Scope & Technical Leadership

  • Design scalable solutions meeting product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within a complex, multi-solution RDT ERP landscape.
  • Document and evolve architecture across the product lifecycle, managing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), fitness functions, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
  • Define conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, ontologies, and integration pathways.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive the product technology roadmap while proactively managing technical debt, evaluating external technology trends, and conducting vendor technical assessments.

Delivery & Service Operations Management

  • End-to-End Service Governance: Oversee the operational delivery life cycle for ERP solution platforms, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), operational level agreements (OLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Service Continuity & Incident Escalation: Act as the major incident escalation point for critical service disruptions; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Release & Operations Alignment: Align architectural change roadmaps with IT Service Management (ITSM) operational models, change management workflows, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
  • Vendor & Service Provider Management: Drive operational accountability with third-party software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to guarantee quality delivery, contract compliance, and value realization.

Stakeholder Management & Strategy

  • Communicate complex architectural and operational concepts clearly to executives, business process owners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Negotiate strategic operational trade-offs between architectural purity, project delivery speed, cost, and long-term service stability.
  • Ensure full alignment between strategic IT roadmaps, business capabilities, and day-to-day service operations.

Who you are:

Architecture Expertise:

  • Proven track record designing standards-based solutions in complex, multi-product enterprise environments.
  • Mastery of reference architectures, data modeling, integration pathways, and NFR management.
  • Strong capability in leading architecture reviews, technology piloting, and technical debt reduction.

Delivery & Service Management:

  • ITIL v4 minimum certifications or equivalent hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Demonstrated leadership in operational service delivery, incident/problem/change management, and SLA tracking.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts, vendor deliverables, and vendor performance metrics.

Domain & Compliance:

  • Background in GxP environments, Computer System Validation (CSV), and regulated pharma/life sciences industry, quality and clinical experience (highly beneficial).
  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise ERP implementations (SAP BTP, S/4HANA, or core ERP platforms, nice to have SAP Batch Release Hub).

Soft Skills & Leadership:

  • Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior architects, service managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on business value.

What you get:

  • Salary range 19,075 - 35,425 PLN gross based on the employment contract.
  • Annual bonus payment based on your performance.
  • Dedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.).

  • Private healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.
  • Stock share purchase additions.
