  • Sie suchen einen (neuen) Jugendhilfeträger für ihr pädagogisches Wohnprojekt (Erziehungsstelle, SPLG...)?
  • Sie sind pädagogische Fachkraft (z.B. Erzieher:in, Sozialpädagog:in) und suchen eine neue Herausforderung?

Für den Aufbau bzw. die Übernahme von pädagogischen Lebensgemeinschaften im Rahmen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe nach § 34 (in Ausnahmefällen auch §33.2 und §35) bieten wir fachliche Unterstützung an.

  • Sie nehmen ein oder mehrere Kinder/Jugendliche bei sich auf und arbeiten als innewohnender Fachkraft
  • Nutzen Sie z.B. Ihre Anlegerwohnung für ein Verselbständigungsprojekt und betreuen Jugendliche ab 16 Jahren
  • Haben Sie Wohnraum zur Verfügung und wollen diesen nutzen für die Errichtung einer sozialpädagogischen Lebensgemeinschaft?

  • Wir bieten 20 Jahre Erfahrung und kompetente Fachbegleitung- und Beratung, interne und externe Fortbildungsangebote, berufliche Entwicklungschancen, regelmäßige Supervision und eine angemessene Bezahlung (ob als angestellte Fachkraft oder als selbständig Tätige Fachkraft) für diese anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit.
