### Ihre Aufgaben

• •In Deiner Rolle kümmerst Du Dich um die Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen sowie um die Ausarbeitung von Angeboten, wobei Du stets den Überblick behältst
• •Du unterstützt durch Deine juristische Beratung sowohl die Fachabteilungen als auch die Führungsebenen bei wichtigen Managemententscheidungen und trägst so zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei
• •Mit Fingerspitzengefühl bearbeitest Du Rechtsstreitigkeiten und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anwälten, um bestmögliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen
• •Deine Aufgabe umfasst auch die Entwicklung von Mustertexten und die Bearbeitung von Sonderprojekten, wodurch Du Deine Expertise voll einbringen kannst
• •Erstellung und Verhandlung von:
• •EPC-Verträgen
• •Subunternehmerverträgen
• •Rahmenverträgen
• •Rechtliche Begleitung der Projektabwicklung
• •Management von Nachträgen und Claims
• •Risikoanalyse und -bewertung
• •Unterstützung bei Garantien (z. B. Bürgschaften)
• •Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement und Finance
• •Steuerung externer Kanzleien
• •Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von BGB, VOB/B und FIDIC

### Ihr Profil

• •Du bist Volljurist und bringst die nötige Qualifikation für die Position mit
• •Deine fundierten Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht ermöglichen es Dir, komplexe rechtliche Sachverhalte zu verstehen und zu bearbeiten
• •5–10+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bau- oder Infrastrukturrecht
• •Erfahrung mit EPC-Verträgen
• •Erfahrung im Claim-Management
• •Wirtschaftliches Verständnis
• •Englisch fließend

### Your Responsibilities

• •Drafting and negotiating contracts as well as preparing offers, while maintaining an overview of all relevant legal and commercial aspects
• •Providing legal advice to specialist departments and management on key business and management decisions
• •Handling legal disputes with sound judgment and coordinating with external lawyers to achieve the best possible outcomes
• •Developing standard contract templates and legal documents, as well as supporting special projects and providing legal expertise where required
• •Drafting and negotiating:
• •EPC contracts
• •Subcontractor agreements
• •Framework agreements
• •Providing legal support throughout project execution
• •Managing variations, amendments, and claims
• •Conducting legal risk analyses and assessments
• •Supporting the management of guarantees and securities, including bank guarantees
• •Working closely with Project Management and Finance
• •Managing and coordinating external law firms
• •Ensuring compliance with applicable German law, including the German Civil Code (BGB), VOB/B, and FIDIC contractual standards

### Your Profile

• •You are a fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with the required legal qualifications for the position
• •Strong knowledge of contract law and the ability to understand and handle complex legal matters
• •5–10+ years of professional experience in construction law, infrastructure law, or a related field
• •Proven experience with EPC contracts
• •Experience in claims management
• •Strong commercial and business understanding
• •Fluent English skills
