Wir sind ein familiengeführtes, mittelständisches Unternehmen mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung im Bereich der Folienverarbeitung.

Um unseren Geschäftsbereich Folienverarbeitung zu erweitern, suchen wir für die Verschweißung und Konfektionierung von Planen und Folien aller Art genau Sie.

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Führung und Organisation der Abteilung als Teil des Leitungsteams
  • Schulung, Motivation und Unterstützung der über 10 Mitarbeitenden
  • Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Prozessen
  • Einführung und Optimierung neuer Technologien
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe in der Konfektion von Planen und Folien aller Art
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im textilen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung, gerne auch an Cutter und/oder PVC-Schweißanlagen
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamgeist, Humor, Organisationtalent
  • Lust Neues auszuprobieren
