Ihre Aufgabe

  • Führung und Organisation der Abteilung als Teil des Leitungsteams.
  • Schulung, Motivation und Unterstützung der über 30 Mitarbeitenden.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Prozessen.
  • Einführung und Optimierung neuer Technologien.
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe in der Konfektion von Großschirmen.
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität.

Ihr Ideal-Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im textilen Bereich, z. B. als Textilingenieur\*in.
  • Berufserfahrung, gerne auch an Cutter, PVC-Schweißanlage und/oder im Digitaldruck.
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung.
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamgeist, Humor und Organisationstalent.
  • Lust Neues auszuprobieren.
