Ihre Aufgabe

Als Leiter der Arbeitsvorbereitung übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Arbeitsvorbereitung und stellen eine verlässliche Planung, Steuerung und Abstimmung der Produktionsaufträge sicher. Sie führen Ihr Team, koordinieren die relevanten Schnittstellen und treiben die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Systeme voran.

Ihre Kernaufgaben

  • Termin- und Feinplanung der Maschinenaufträge
  • Verantwortung für die Vorplanung der Fertigung
  • Abstimmung, Planung und Controlling der Vormontage
  • Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Fertigung, Montage, Technischem Kundendienst und Qualitätssicherung
  • Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
  • Festlegung von Fertigungsverfahren, Arbeitsgängen und Reihenfolgen sowie Ermittlung von Vorgabezeiten
  • Angebotskalkulation, Vor- und Nachkalkulation sowie Soll-Ist-Vergleiche
  • Umsetzung von Prozessanpassungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduzierung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Vorzugsweise Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker beziehungsweise ein technisches Studium
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung von Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis für Fertigungsverfahren, Arbeitspläne, Stücklisten, Kapazitätsplanung und Kalkulation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und Planungssystemen; Kenntnisse in AMS sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Kosten- und Terminbewusstsein
