  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams in der
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie Förderung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Fertigungsabläufe unter
  • Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Terminen und Ressourcen Erstellung
  • und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und fertigungsrelevanten
  • Stammdaten im ERP-System Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen
  • Produktion, Einkauf, Konstruktion und Qualitätssicherung zur
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs Identifikation
  • und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen in der Produktionsplanung
  • sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Lean-Projekten Sicherstellung der
  • termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung und Überwachung der
  • Produktionskennzahlen Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
  • oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Berufserfahrung in der
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Produktionsplanung Mehrjährige
  • Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen sowie
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke Sicherer Umgang
  • mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Fertigungssteuerung
  • und Prozessoptimierung Kenntnisse in Lean-Management-Methoden sind von
