Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

Als Leiter Global Marketing tragen Sie die globale Verantwortung für die Marke MULTIPOND. Sie entwickeln die Marketingstrategie weiter, machen die technologische Führungsposition international sichtbar und arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Geschäftsführung zusammen. Sie übersetzen technische Innovationen in klaren Kundennutzen, führen ein Team von sieben Marketing-Spezialisten am Hauptsitz und koordinieren weltweite Marketingaktivitäten.

Wir erwarten:

  • Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Führungsverantwortung im B2B-Marketing
  • Erfahrung im Marketing von technisch anspruchsvollen, erklärungsbedürftigen Investitionsgütern
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau oder Automatisierungstechnik
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Begeisterung für Technik und Innovation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
