Der Diakonieverband des Ev.-luth. Kirchenkreises Göttingen sucht zum 1. Januar 2027

eine/n Leiter/in der Bahnhofsmission Göttingen (m/w/d, 19,25 Std./Woche).

Die ökumenische Bahnhofsmission Göttingen gehört zum Diakonieverband und wird vom Caritasverband Südniedersachsen e. V. mitgetragen. Die rund 20 ehrenamtlich Mitarbeitenden unterstützen täglich mobilitätseingeschränkte Reisende und bieten zahlreiche soziale Hilfeleistungen für Menschen in akuten Notsituationen.

  • Organisation und Leitung der Bahnhofmission
  • Begeisterung neuer Ehrenamtlicher und Koordination ihrer Einsätze (Freiwilligenmanagement)
  • Hilfestellung für Reisende und Lotsendienste für Hilfesuchende in Notlagen
  • Planung und Fortentwicklung von Hilfsangeboten der Bahnhofsmission inkl. Initiierung und Durchführung von Projekten (z. B. mit Schulen und Gemeinden)
  • vertrauensvolle und aktive Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Einrichtungen bzw. Institutionen vor Ort und bundesweit mit allen Bahnhofsmissionen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Vertretung der Bahnhofsmission nach innen und nach außen
  • abgeschlossenes Studium im sozialen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen in der Ehrenamtsarbeit und/oder Erfahrungen als Leitung von Ehrenamtlichen wünschenswert
  • hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit andere zu begeistern
  • Aufgeschlossenheit für Unvorhergesehenes und Ungewöhnliches
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität (insbesondere bezüglich der Arbeitszeiten)

Wir erwarten, dass Sie die christliche Prägung des Diakonischen Werkes des Ev.-luth. Kirchenkreises Göttingen-Münden achten und die Ziele und Werte der Diakonie mittragen sowie aufgrund Ihrer Entscheidungs- und Repräsentationsverantwortung nach außen wie nach innen vertreten.
