  • Ihre Aufgabe
  • Der HR Business Partner unterstützt die Geschäftsbereiche von BRP-Rotax mit Schwerpunkt Operations/Produktion und fungiert als vertrauenswürdiger Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte zu Personalplanung, Talentmanagement, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen, Arbeitsrecht und Compliance.
  • Hauptaufgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktions- und Operations-Führungskräften.
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte in HR-Themen des Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Mitarbeiter- und Konfliktfälle.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien.
  • Unterstützung im Performance Management sowie bei Feedback- und Entwicklungsgesprächen.
  • Förderung eines positiven Betriebsklimas gemeinsam mit Management, Betriebsrat und Mitarbeitenden.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar.
  • Spezialisierung im Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil.
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem komplexen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Vergütung, Organisationsentwicklung, Employee Relations und Arbeitsrecht.

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag der Metallindustrie bei EUR 64.829,96 brutto/Jahr. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bieten wir ein attraktives und leistungsgerechtes Gehalt mit entsprechender Überzahlung.
