BESCHREIBUNG:

  • In der Doppelfunktion als Personalmanager:in und Einsatzleiter:in übernimmst Du administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben und bringst Dich aktiv in unser Team im Büro sowie an der Front ein.
  • Von Recruitierung bis hin zur Disposition unserer Mitarbeiter erwartet Dich ein abwechslungsreicher Job. Du wirst Bewerbungen führen, Equipment und Firmenfahrzeuge administrieren bzw. Dienstpläne erstellen. Durch Deine motivierende Art und Dein organisatorisches Talent wirst Du das Team fördern und weiterentwickeln.

Meine AUFGABEN:

  • Koordination des Bewerbungsprozesses
  • Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen inkl. Erstellung von relevanten Verträgen
  • Allgemeine Mitarbeiterförderung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Durchführung von internen Schulungen
  • Administration von Equipment und Uniform
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen
  • Auftragsabwicklung bzw. Beschwerdemanagement
  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Erstellung von Kundenberichten, Reports und Dienstanweisungen
  • Übernahme von operativen Diensten als Supervisor / Einsatzleiter

Meine QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an der Kommunikation mit verschiedensten Instanzen
  • Lösungsorientiert und Eigeninitiative
  • Führerschein B + eigener PKW
