Hauptaufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Verpackung, Produktion und Trockenfleischerzeugung
  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs sowie der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Prozessen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Kosten
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Richtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen wie Qualitätssicherung, Logistik und Instandhaltung

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Produktions- oder Betriebsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, vorzugsweise in der Fleischverarbeitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionsabläufen, Qualitätsmanagement sowie Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)
  • Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Sozialkompetenz
