Sie verbinden technisches Know-how mit Führungsstärke und Organisationstalent? Dann freuen wir uns auf sie als Leitung Instandsetzung (m/w/d) - übernehmen Sie Verantwortung und bringen Sie unsere Instandhaltung gemeinsam mit Ihrem 4-köpfigen Team voran.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Abarbeitung von Instandsetzungsaufträge und Gewährleistungsfällen mit Fokus auf Termin, Qualität und Kosten.
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung im Hinblick auf zukünftige Instandsetzungsaufkommen
  • Angebotserstellung für Instandsetzungsaufträge in Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Aftersales-Team
  • Organisation der Materialverfügbarkeit (Kaufteile / Fertigungsbaugruppen)
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Bereich Instandsetzung
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen, insbesondere Fertigung, Qualität und Entwicklung
  • Beratend und ausführend tätig in Sachen Arbeitsschutz für die Unternehmung
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von sicherheitstechnischen Unterweisungen
  • Abgeschlossene Techniker oder Meister Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandsetzung/Service
  • Qualifizierung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit abgeschlossen
  • Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Gutes Gesamtverständnis von Produktionsabläufen
  • Gute Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office
  • SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft
