  • Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von Freizeitaktivitäten / AG-s / Kursangeboten und dem Ferienprogramm
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern und Kooperationspartnern
  • Personalführung (fachliches Weisungsrecht) und Teamentwicklung
  • Erstellung von Raumnutzungsplänen, Gruppenplänen und Dienstplänen
  • Gestaltung von Flyern, Aushängen und Elternbriefen
  • Haushaltsmittelüberwachung und Materialbeschaffung
  • Verwaltungstätigkeiten
  • Repräsentation und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der Schule und der OGS in Absprache mit der Schulleitung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung der Schulordnung nach dem regulären Unterricht
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur staatlich anerkannten Erzieher/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in oder ein Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Heilpädagogik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Leitungserfahrung
  • wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in einer Offenen Ganztagsschule, einem Hort oder einer betreuten Grundschule
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kreativität • Führungskompetenz, Belastbarkeit und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
  • gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
