  • Prozesstechnik). Im Zuge einer Nachfolge suchen wir einen engagierten
  • und motivierten Leiter Produktion (Metall) m/w/d. Ihre Aufgaben Sie
  • sind mit Ihren 70 Mitarbeitenden in mehreren Produktions-Teams
  • (3-Schicht) die zentrale Führungskraft des wichtigsten
  • Produktionsbereichs des Unternehmens. Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben sind
  • die Führung der Teams und die Organisation / Optimierung der
  • Fertigungsabläufe, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Aufträge
  • (Termine, Kosten, Qualität) sicherzustellen. Dabei stehen Sie als
  • kommunikativer Manager in engem Austausch mit den Bereichen
  • Engineering / Fertigungstechnik / Instandhaltung, Logistik und QS.
  • Darüber hinaus spielen auch kaufmännische Themen (Planung,
  • Budgetierung, Produktionscontrolling, Kosten, Investitionen) eine
  • Rolle. Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Ihr Profil Für
  • diese anspruchsvolle Führungsaufgabe bringen Sie auf der Basis einer
  • soliden Ausbildung (z.B. Ingenieurstudium, Technikerausbildung,
  • Meister m/w/d mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung o.ä.) bereits
  • umfangreiche Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich
  • Metall-Produktion bei einem Automobilzulieferer mit und verfügen
  • über die Tools eines modernen Großserienfertigers. Sie fasziniert
  • einerseits Führung, Technik und Methodik und als "Macher*in"
  • andererseits einen operativen und strukturierten Betrieb mit hohen
  • Freiheitsgraden unternehmerisch, professionell und profitabel mitten
  • im Shopfloor, nahe an Mensch und Maschine, zu leiten. Kontakt Ihre
