  • Leiter Softwareentwicklung / Lead Developer (m/w/d/k.A.)
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Aufbau und fachliche Leitung (sowohl Betreuung als auch Weiterentwicklung) der internen Softwareentwicklung
  • Definition von Architektur-, Entwicklungs- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Security, Qualität und Wartbarkeit
  • Etablierung standardisierter Entwicklungs-, Test- und CI/CD-Prozesse
  • Technische Bewertung und Auswahl von Technologien und Plattformen
  • Fachliche Führung sowie Unterstützung der internen Entwickler
  • Dein Profil:
  • Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Softwarearchitektur
  • Erfahrung mit C#/.NET im Microsoft Ökosystem sowie Python zur Automatisierung und Datenanalyse
  • Wünschenswerterweise Kenntnisse in C++ für die Betreuung performanzkritischer GIS-Komponenten
  • Praxisnahes Wissen und/oder Erfahrungen im Bereich von relationalen und räumlichen Datenbanken (z. B. PostgreSQL/PostGIS, MS SQL Server wäre von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, APIs und modernen Integrationsarchitekturen
  • Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Azure und Entra ID, von Vorteil
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie strukturierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
