## Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unseres Teams für Softwareentwicklung (SPS & Robotik) in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Eigenständige Programmierung und deutschlandweite Inbetriebnahme Ihrer Projekte (Fokus NRW)
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung aller Softwareprojekte inklusive technischem Kundensupport
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Steuerungslösungen

## Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung (STEP 7, TIA Portal)
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen für Maschinen und Anlagen – idealerweise im KMU-Umfeld
  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie ein unternehmerisches Mindset
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands, insbesondere NRW
